    Notes: Copies of the electronic journal (PDF file) will be provided free to Regular, Contributing, and Sustaining members upon request.  For those joining mid-year, dues will be prorated by calendar quarter.  For example, those joining in March will pay full price and receive 4 journals; joining in July, half-price with 2 journals. Electronic members will pay full price and receive all 4 journals regardless of month joining.
