Signed on reverse: Severino Luna, Dona Aurora Quezon (wife of President Manuel Quezon, Postmaster  General Ruiz and one unknown signature. Minor foxing noted for accuracy. Extremely scarce and only a handful of these covers are known to exist.

Collection – 1946 to 2016 Life-time Sheet collection comprising approximately 1,800 pages, around 95% of which are in full sheet format. Extremely comprehensive collection of each issue including Imperfs, Progressive Proofs, Die Proofs, Errors, Printers Waste, and other unusual material. A few unique items noted in the collection plus some very scarce unlisted or unissued printings. Please refer to attached pdf for a sample of items included, with just too much material to completely scan. Unique opportunity to obtain one of the most comprehensive Republic Seals collection seen to date. Condition is fine to very fine throughout. No covers included. Averages out at less than $13 per page !!! Realistic post auction offers may be considered if the lot remains unsold.

1949 Cover – Commemorative Meter Mail cover from Manila to Iloilo from The Insular Life Company. 1949 Christmas seal tied against Manila 14 December 1949 cancel. Small tear in centre top, clear of seal. Common foxing for covers of this age. Nice meter mail combination. Unusual.
